Transportation
There will be four ways to get to Downtown Shawnee for Americana & Ales. Drivers are encouraged to park at Splash Cove, 5800 King Avenue, or Herman Laird Park, 11500 Johnson Drive. A shuttle will also provide transportation from the Midland Entertainment District. From 11:00 a.m. to midnight, the shuttle will pick up and drop off at:
Courtyard by Marriott, 17244 Midland Drive (Marriott and Holiday Inn hotel guests only)
B&B parking lot, 16301 Midland Drive
Sister Cities Park, 5801 King Street
The Johnson County United Link, a temporary circulator service, will pick up and drop off at the southeast corner of Johnson Drive and Nieman Road. The designated rideshare drop-off area is at Sister Cities Park, 5801 King Street. The designated rideshare pickup area is at Splash Cove, 5800 King Avenue.
Downtown Closures
The City Hall parking lot will be closed on Friday, June 19, for festival preparations, and reopen on Monday, June 22. Johnson Drive will close early Saturday morning and reopen at midnight.
